Engineering a "Solar Backbone"
The 861-foot tower is distinguished by its "Solar Backbone"—a western facade integrated with 500 photovoltaic-glass windows. This system is designed to generate up to 170,000 kWh of clean energy annually, reducing the building's carbon footprint by approximately 4,700 tons of $CO_2$.
Innovation: Since the solar cells are embedded within the glazing, their lifespan is engineered to match the life of the windows themselves.
Impact: The energy produced will primarily power the building's expansive 80,000 square feet of shared amenity spaces.
Residential Collection and Pricing
The tower features a limited collection of 195 residences, intentionally kept low to maintain a boutique feel despite the building's massive scale.
