Strategic European Partnership
Versluys Group, established in 1908, is a heavyweight in the European luxury market, particularly known for high-end coastal developments in Belgium and the Netherlands. Their portfolio includes the prestigious renovation of the five-star La Réserve hotel in Knokke-Heist. For Prosper Group, which currently has roughly 1,300 multifamily units in its pipeline, the partnership brings a "transatlantic" design sensibility to Brickell, a neighborhood increasingly defined by global capital and architectural diversity. The project is being designed by Brandon Haw Architecture with ODP Architecture & Design.
Site Assembly and Waterfront Access
The project is situated on three strategically acquired riverfront parcels: 99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street, and 625 SW 1st Avenue. The assembled site boasts over 300 feet of direct river frontage, providing residents with:
Maritime Connectivity: Direct vessel access to Biscayne Bay.
Transit Connectivity: Immediate proximity to the MiamiCentral Brightline station, facilitating rapid rail travel across South Florida.
