Master Plan and Phased Development
Midtown Park is designed as a self-contained "work-live-play" ecosystem. The project will be executed in two primary phases, with an estimated final completion in 2028. The comprehensive plan includes:
Residential: 924 luxury condominiums across four distinct buildings.
Office: 60,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Retail: 120,000 square feet of retail and dining space.
Public Space: Two expansive public plazas and a network of pedestrian-centric streetscapes.
