Strategic Expansion into Workforce Housing
National developer The NRP Group has initiated construction on Camp Wisdom, its latest contribution to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) housing supply. Located roughly 15 miles southwest of downtown Dallas, the project is designed as a mixed-income community. By reserving half of the 360 units for workforce housing, the developer is addressing a critical "missing middle" in the Dallas market—residents who earn too much for traditional subsidized housing but are priced out of new luxury developments. This project follows the recent debut of Diamond Flats, another 331-unit NRP community in the Metroplex.
Development Specifications and Amenities
Camp Wisdom will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 860 to 1,080 square feet. The community is designed to provide high-quality living standards regardless of a unit’s income designation.
On-Site Amenities: Residents will have access to a resort-style swimming pool, a modern fitness center (gym), and a dedicated dog park.
Location Advantages: Situated at the intersection of West Camp Wisdom Road and Clark Road, the site offers proximity to major transit via Interstate 20 and is near several healthcare facilities and educational institutions.
