Asset Profile and Transaction History

The 20-story tower, located at 3242 Peachtree Road NE, was previously owned by a joint venture between Lionstone Investments and PCCP. Lionstone originally purchased the asset in 2021 for $69 million, with PCCP joining the ownership structure following a 2025 recapitalization.

CBRE played a dual role in the transaction:
