Upon arrival, officers met with a female victim who identified her former boyfriend, 20 year old Notoris Davis, as the individual responsible for the disturbance. The victim stated that Davis had attempted to kick in her front door to gain entry to the apartment. Documentation of Stalking Behavior

During the investigation, the victim provided a detailed account of Davis’s behavior, alleging that he consistently appeared at her residence without permission, placed repeated phone calls, and followed her movements throughout the city.
