According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place at approximately 1:50 a.m. at an apartment complex located in the 15000 block of Northwest Seventh Avenue. The situation allegedly began as a verbal disagreement between a couple, but the conflict took a lethal turn when the woman produced a firearm and discharged it at her partner. The sound of gunfire within the Golden Glades area apartment prompted an immediate response from local law enforcement and emergency medical services.

Critical Injuries and Emergency Medical Intervention

The victim, identified only as the suspect's boyfriend, sustained a significant gunshot wound to his arm during the altercation.
