High-Stakes Raid in Larimer

A long-term narcotics investigation culminated in a high-risk search warrant execution at a multi-story apartment building in Pittsburgh’s Larimer section. On March 6, agents from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, supported by Ross Township police, targeted the residence of brothers Rodney and Andre Howard at 6435 Shetland St. After the occupants failed to respond to police commands, agents forced entry into the building, discovering the two men hiding in separate bathrooms on the upper floors.

Massive Narcotics Inventory Recovered

The search of the premises revealed what investigators described as a "smorgasbord" of illegal drugs distributed throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The seizure included:

Fentanyl: 15 bricks of the synthetic opioid, 1,200 fentanyl pills, and 13 grams of raw fentanyl (street value approximately $2,600).

Crack Cocaine: 300 grams with an estimated street value of $30,000.
