Strategic Disruption of Baltic Energy Hubs

In a sophisticated display of long range aerial capabilities, the Unmanned Systems Forces of Ukraine have executed a "comprehensive tour" of Russia’s most vital energy assets in the Baltic Sea region. Commander Robert "Magyar" Brovdi reported that the operation began on March 23 with a strike that effectively halted transshipment at the Transneft-Primorsk terminal. This facility is a cornerstone of Russian crude exports, and its sudden cessation represents a significant logistical bottleneck for the Kremlin’s energy trade in Northern Europe.

Recurring Strikes on the Ust-Luga Terminal

The alternative export point at Ust-Luga has also been a primary focus of the Ukrainian deep strike units, experiencing multiple waves of drone activity over the current week. While the terminal briefly resumed operations following previous "courtesy visits," a repeat strike was successfully carried out on Wednesday, March 25. These recurring attacks are designed to prevent the facility from providing a stable alternative to the disabled Primorsk site, creating a state of perpetual operational uncertainty for Russian energy logistics.

Targeting the Leningrad Region’s Largest Refinery

The most recent phase of the operation culminated on Thursday, March 26, with a massive strike against the Kirishi oil refinery, also known as KINEF. As the largest refinery in the region, this facility is critical for processing Siberian crude oil delivered via pipeline before it is pumped to the Baltic ports for international export. Brovdi confirmed that the refinery "lit up" following the arrival of drones from the USF’s 1st Special Center, working in tandem with assets from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
