Military officials confirmed that a radar station belonging to the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex was hit, effectively blinding a portion of the regional air defense network. The S-300 radar is a vital instrument for detecting high-altitude threats and coordinating large-scale interceptor batteries, and its removal creates significant vulnerabilities for the remaining Russian aerial defenses in the eastern theater.
