A Massive Mixed-Use Vision: "The Bend"
The 90-acre site along the Dallas North Tollway is slated to become a vibrant urban core for Plano. Managed by a partnership including Centennial, Cawley Partners, and Waterfall Asset Management, the approved plans for The Bend feature a diverse mix of uses. The initial phase is expected to prioritize residential units and street-level retail, with the master plan allowing for:
Residential: Approximately 1,000 multi-family units.
Commercial: Up to 2 million square feet of office space, depending on market demand.
Hospitality: A full-service hotel.
Retail & Dining: 800,000 square feet of reimagined retail, restaurant, and entertainment space.
