Local police were dispatched to the vicinity of Washington Avenue after a witness observed a male and female inside a car who appeared to be impaired or unconscious. Upon arrival, officers successfully made contact with both occupants. During the interaction, investigators noted visible indicators of impairment from the female passenger, identified as 34-year-old Pamela Fudala. For safety and further investigation, both individuals were asked to exit the vehicle.
