Disturbing Discovery on Ledge Street

Amilcar Alfredo Solis Sr., 49, is set to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court South following a criminal investigation into a domestic incident reported late last year. On November 21, 2025, Nashua police responded to a residence on Ledge Street after receiving reports of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, witnesses described a harrowing scene in which they looked through a living room window to find Solis kneeling, completely unclothed, over a woman who appeared to be unconscious on the floor.

Evidence of Alcohol and Victim Trauma

According to a police affidavit, the witnesses observed Solis with his penis exposed before they began banging on the window to stop the assault. Once inside the apartment, investigators found a half-full bottle of whiskey and multiple shot glasses scattered throughout the room. The victim was discovered in a state of extreme intoxication, unable to move or speak, and was immediately transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Medical examinations at the hospital subsequently confirmed physical trauma consistent with sexual assault.

Suspect Statements and Lack of Memory

During interviews with detectives, Solis confirmed that he was the individual pictured in a photograph taken by a witness through the window during the incident. While he acknowledged that it was possible sexual contact had occurred, he claimed he could not remember the events of the evening. A detective noted that Solis smelled strongly of alcohol and slurred his words during their initial encounter. The suspect eventually refused to answer further questions after being read his Miranda rights.
