A Masterpiece in the Making at 7 Indian Creek
The property, located at 7 Indian Creek Island Road, features a nearly 30,000-square-foot limestone-clad mansion that is currently under construction. Commissioned by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife, Marine, the estate was designed by world-renowned luxury architect Ferris Rafauli. The 1.84-acre lot boasts 200 feet of prime Biscayne Bay frontage and a 135-foot yacht-ready dock. While the home was originally listed for $200 million in late 2025, the $170 million closing price remains an "outlier" even in Miami’s booming luxury market.
Bond-Villain Amenities and High-Tech Luxury
Renderings of the estate reveal a "Bond-villain wishlist" of features. The nine-bedroom, 11.5-bathroom residence is set to include:
A 1,500-gallon centerpiece aquarium.
A library with a secret passageway.
