Commissioned by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife, Marine, the estate was designed by world-renowned luxury architect Ferris Rafauli. The 1.84-acre lot boasts 200 feet of prime Biscayne Bay frontage and a 135-foot yacht-ready dock. While the home was originally listed for $200 million in late 2025, the $170 million closing price remains an "outlier" even in Miami’s booming luxury market.
