Power Capacity: A staggering 1.7 gigawatts, intended to support high-intensity AI and cloud computing workloads.
Investment: Developers Compass (backed by Brookfield and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan) and QTS (Blackstone-backed) had already invested tens of millions in rezoning and legal fees.
