According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Regional Military Administration, a 52-year-old woman was traveling near the village of Nova Kamianka at approximately 2:30 p.m. when she was targeted by a first-person view (FPV) drone. The kinetic impact of the drone-delivered munition resulted in injuries incompatible with life, underscoring the increasing use of loitering munitions against non-combatants in the southern theater.

Artillery Barrage Targets Administrative Hub in Dariyivka

Earlier in the day, the village of Dariyivka became the focal point of a heavy artillery strike that caused significant civilian trauma. At around 11 a.m., Russian batteries launched a barrage that directly impacted the vicinity of the local village council building. Five employees of the council sustained various physical injuries and severe acute stress reactions as the shells struck the administrative heart of the community. This attack represents a continued pattern of targeting the local governing structures that manage the humanitarian needs of frontline settlements.

The regional prosecutor's office reported that by the early evening, the total number of wounded had risen to six as occupiers utilized a sophisticated mix of aviation, mortars, and multiple rocket launchers. Beyond the strike in Dariyivka, another civilian was injured during artillery shelling in the settlement of Blahovischenske. The simultaneous use of these various weapon systems across multiple districts has forced local emergency services into a state of constant mobilization, as rescuers sift through debris to account for all residents in the affected zones.
