A Strategic Creative Partnership with Edens
The expansion into Union Market is a move to align with the district's reputation as a hub for food, culture, and connection. Edens CEO Jodie McLean highlighted the partnership as a natural evolution for the neighborhood, transforming it into a "true hub for design." By situating its showroom among Michelin-star restaurants and art galleries, The Forum intends to showcase its unique creative approach in an environment that naturally encourages inspiration and professional connection.
Reimagining the Professional Showroom
Lead designer and principal Leslie Lofgren noted that the new space will intentionally diverge from sterile, traditional showrooms. Key features include:
A "Funkier" Aesthetic: Embracing bold colors, patterns, and architectural wall finishes to encourage clients to take creative risks.
Comprehensive Office Layouts: The space will simulate a full office environment, including glass-walled board rooms, collaboration areas, phone booths, and pantries.
