St. Louis County Executive Sam Page has identified eight specific areas where he believes the county must reinvest despite a tight fiscal climate. During a Tuesday announcement, Page stated that he had consulted with department leaders to select essential projects that require immediate funding through reappropriation. Infrastructure and Security Upgrades for Public Safety
