Investigation of Residential Theft

The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office has initiated a public appeal for information regarding a residential burglary that took place in El Dorado Hills. According to an official statement released by the agency, the incident occurred on Friday, Feb. 27, between the hours of noon and 3 p.m. local time. The specific area of interest for investigators is near Breese Circle, where the unauthorized entry and theft were reported to have taken place during the broad daylight hours of the afternoon.

Details of the Suspect Appearance

Witness accounts provided to law enforcement indicate that three individuals were involved in the crime. The suspects are described as men with olive complexions who were seen wearing black beanies and black long sleeved shirts at the time of the incident. These individuals were observed around 1 p.m. as they were allegedly loading stolen items into a getaway vehicle. Detectives are currently working to identify these men based on the physical descriptions provided by those in the vicinity of the crime scene.

Vehicle Identification and Departure

Information gathered by investigators suggests the suspects initially left the residence on foot before entering a vehicle parked nearby. A witness reported seeing the men get into a newer, light gray Audi SUV equipped with black rims. The vehicle was reportedly stationary on the south side of Appian Way, just west of Sangiovese Drive, with its hazard lights activated. This specific detail regarding the vehicle and its location is considered a primary lead for the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office as they attempt to track the movement of the suspects.
