Predictive Analytics for the Modern Renter
Founded in November by two University of Virginia students, CorridorIQ utilizes 15 to 20 diverse data inputs to forecast housing trends. These metrics include:
Market Indicators: Building permits, new mortgage applications, and housing market comparatives.
Economic Drivers: Employment data and labor market shifts.
Digital Footprints: Search trends and social media sentiment.
By layering this information with Bonaventure’s internal property data, the AI model identifies "lookalike" audiences in feeder markets. For instance, if data shows a spike in residents moving from New York to Northern Virginia following a local political shift or economic event, the system can automatically reallocate marketing budgets to target those specific ZIP codes.
