Previous Leadership: He previously served as chair of TVNZ, the NZ Film Commission, and the NZ Arts Council.
Commercial Experience: He was the Chief Executive of major law firms Chapman Tripp and Kensington Swan (now Dentons).
Term: He has been appointed for a three-year term and will officially begin his duties in mid-May 2026.
