A Multi-Phase Exit to the Peach State
Yamaha’s departure from California has been decades in the making. The company first began shifting its U.S. footprint in 1999 when its Marine Business moved to Kennesaw. This was followed by the relocation of the Motorsports Group (motorcycles, ATVs, and Side-by-Sides) in 2019. The current Cypress campus now primarily houses corporate administrative functions and the Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A. The complete transition to Georgia is scheduled to roll out in stages starting in late 2026 and concluding by the end of 2028.
The "Katella 25" Redevelopment Opportunity
The property encompasses an entire city block with access from Katella Avenue, Holder Street, and Yamaha Way. Currently, the site features three buildings totaling approximately 278,964 square feet, including office, flex, and industrial warehouse space. Key highlights of the listing include:
Acreage: ±25.1 acres of rare infill land.
Zoning: By-right industrial development, minimizing entitlement risks for future buyers.
