Financed by Pinnacle, the development will feature spacious floorplans ranging from two to four bedrooms, with units spanning 1,788 to 2,401 square feet. Designed by Housing Studio, the townhomes aim to offer high-end interior finishes comparable to luxury single-family homes, including:

Kitchens: Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplashes.

Master Suites: Walk-in closets and walk-in showers.

Exterior: Select units will feature private yards.
