EMORIE serves as the residential anchor for Alston Town Center, a massive mixed-use master-planned development. At full build-out, the center will feature approximately 550,000 square feet of retail, dining, and commercial space. The property is situated within a broader 1,200-acre regional area that has more than 20,000 approved residential units planned within a three-mile radius. This "live-work-play" ecosystem is designed to capture the high volume of professionals working at nearby Research Triangle Park (RTP) and major tech hubs, including the new Apple campus.
