The Design Team: The project utilizes a world-class team, including architect Carlos Ott—who also designed the neighboring Waldorf Astoria—and CUBE 3, with high-end interior styling provided by Meyer Davis.

Residential Concentration: Unlike the historic Delano South Beach hotel, this development will contain 421 luxury residential units, focusing exclusively on the branded-living segment.

Skyline Placement: Rising to 985 feet, the tower will be PMG's second supertall in the city, contributing to a new "supertall cluster" in the Downtown area.
