Identifying Breaches in Labor Contracts

During an on-site review, officials confirmed that LLC SADKOM had failed to provide timely wage payments for the months of February and March. This breach affected 26 Uzbek workers currently on-site, creating immediate financial instability for the group. Following the discovery of these arrears, the consular delegation initiated formal discussions with the general contractor, LLC SIBUR, and its associated subcontractors to hold the responsible parties accountable for the missing compensation.

Commitment to Arrears Settlement

The negotiations resulted in a formal acknowledgment of the debt and a binding commitment from the companies involved to settle the outstanding balances. Officials announced that the 26 current workers can expect to receive their combined total of 2 million rubles in the coming days.
