A Lifetime of Public Scrutiny Tori Spelling is reflecting on a lifetime spent under the microscope of public opinion. Speaking with plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow on her MisSpelling podcast, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum recounted how tabloid rumors regarding cosmetic surgery began when she was just 17 years old. At the time, she had undergone a rhinoplasty, yet publications falsely claimed she had received cheek implants and a "new chin." Spelling noted that these early critiques fundamentally shaped her relationship with her self-image and continue to haunt her in the digital age.

Setting the Record Straight on Current Procedures Despite persistent social media comments urging her to "stop with the filler," Spelling clarified that she is not currently using any. She revealed that while she has experimented with filler in the past, her current cosmetic maintenance is limited strictly to Botox. The actress expressed frustration over the "horrific" nature of modern social media commentary, stating that the disconnect between her actual procedures and public assumption has reached a breaking point. "I guess at this point, I should be like 'f--k it' and just have my whole face done because they already say I’ve had it done," she told Dubrow.

Addressing Health and Genetics Spelling also addressed long-standing "mean comments" regarding her chest, clarifying that what many perceive as a "botched" surgery is actually a genetic medical condition. She confirmed she has pectus excavatum, a condition where the breastbone is sunken into the chest.

"It’s a bone thing, and it’s genetic. Some of my kids have it as well... I hate when they’re like, ‘Oh God, your boobs are wrecked. Look at that.’ I’m like, ‘No, those are my bones. They’re not wrecked. They’re me.’"

A History of High-Risk Enhancements The conversation also touched on Spelling's past experiences with plastic surgery, including a breast augmentation she received at age 19 in an outpatient surgery center located in a strip mall. Spelling recalled her confusion at the time but followed through with the procedure on a friend's recommendation. She eventually underwent a second augmentation years later to replace the original implants and mitigate potential health complications.
