A Whirlwind Week of Closings and Travel

The reality star described her move-in week as an intense period of overlapping commitments. Despite the logistical challenges of moving, Brown revealed that she spent four days in Cancun, Mexico, just as she was closing on the property. Accompanied by her former sister wife, Christine Brown, and Christine’s husband, David Woolley, the group proceeded with the trip after monitoring U.S. State Department advisories regarding local unrest. Upon her return, Brown finalized the paperwork and took possession of the keys to her custom-built home.

Inside the Modern Farmhouse Aesthetic

Through a series of digital updates, Brown provided a comprehensive tour of the finished interior. The home’s layout emphasizes an open-concept design, featuring a expansive living area anchored by a central fireplace and high ceilings. The kitchen serves as a focal point, equipped with stone countertops and a large center island designed for hosting. The primary suite offers luxury amenities, including a bathroom with dual vanities, a separate walk-in shower, and a dedicated soaking tub, reflecting a significant upgrade in living standards for the TV personality.

The Taeda Farms Strategic Partnership

The property is situated on a sprawling 156-acre plot, a strategic land acquisition made in December 2024. Brown purchased the acreage in partnership with her daughter, Madison Brush, and her son-in-law, Caleb Brush. Together, the trio operates under the business name Taeda Farms. The site is designed as a family compound, with Madison and Caleb’s home positioned approximately 100 yards from Janelle’s front door. This collaborative living arrangement aligns with the family’s stated mission of "building beauty from the ground up."
