Located at 400 Hibiscus Street, the project aims to blend Banyan Group’s signature nature-focused aesthetic with the urban energy of West Palm Beach. Key features include:
Unit Mix: One- to four-bedroom configurations plus an exclusive collection of penthouses.
Pricing: Residences start at $1.9 million, with sales being led by Douglas Elliman.
Infrastructure: The development plans include a 5,700-square-foot clubhouse, 6,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, and over 1,700 parking spots.
