The development features a limited collection of 26 ultra-luxury residences, with sales exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman. Units range from two to five bedrooms, spanning between 1,930 and 7,936 square feet. Prices for these waterfront homes start at $4.7 million, setting a new benchmark for the Jacksonville market.
