Addressing the PAC-3 Missile Shortage

Ukraine is currently navigating a severe deficit of PAC-3 interceptor missiles, which are essential for the Patriot system's ability to counter Russian ballistic missile attacks. These sophisticated interceptors are the only reliable defense against high-speed ballistic threats, yet their high cost and limited production have led to critical supply gaps. Zelenskyy noted that while Western countries possess stockpiles of these missiles, using them to intercept relatively inexpensive drones is not a sustainable or effective strategy. The proposal leverages Ukraines four years of battlefield experience in neutralizing thousands of Iranian-made Shahed drones.
