Mr. Sutton was first reported missing on Monday morning at approximately 7:00 AM after a family member was unable to establish contact with him as heavy rainfall battered the capital. Discovery of Vehicle and Remains The breakthrough in the search occurred on Wednesday morning when a police dive and search team located Mr. Sutton’s silver Suzuki Swift.
