A 16 year old boy identified as Mohammad Majdi al-Ja’abari was killed early Tuesday morning after a car collided with his electric bicycle. The incident occurred near the Beit Einun Junction in the vicinity of Hebron, a frequent site of traffic and security related friction in the West Bank.
