The approved plan, designated as Conditional Use No. CU202604, authorizes the demolition of the existing 1970s-era restaurant structure to make way for a modern, multi-functional facility. Key features of the new Dash In include:
Convenience & Dining: A nearly 5,000-square-foot store featuring Dash In’s signature made-to-order food offerings and an outdoor seating area with picnic benches.
Fueling Infrastructure: Six multi-product dispensers providing 12 fueling positions under a dedicated canopy.
Green Energy: Integration of two EV charging stations with designated parking spaces.
Automated Car Wash: A single-bay automatic car wash located at the rear of the property.
