Small Team Success and Celebrity Influence

The "Small Team" category was dominated by the R/E Team, led by Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz. The duo achieved a staggering $186 million in sales, a performance heavily bolstered by their involvement in one of the year’s most high profile deals. In October, the team brokered the $50 million purchase of a waterfront estate in Coral Gables for the global music artist known as The Weeknd. This record breaking transaction set a new benchmark for the neighborhood and underscored the R/E Team’s ability to manage high stakes, confidential celebrity acquisitions.

Large Team Dominance and Geographic Expansion

In the "Large Team" division, the Vero Beach based O’Dare Boga Dobson Group maintained its first place ranking with $150 million in sales. Originally recruited from Premier Estate Properties in 2022, the group has become a vital component of One Sotheby’s aggressive expansion into Florida’s Treasure Coast. Other notable large team performers included the Stephanie Moss Dandridge Group in Melbourne and the Waterfront Team, led by Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo, which closed $125 million in volume.
