According to court records, the incident took place in February after Shirley allegedly invited an 18-year-old male to her private residence. What was intended as a social visit reportedly turned into a criminal encounter when Shirley began making aggressive, unwanted sexual advances toward the teenager.

Physical Evidence and Victim Testimony

The teen fled the scene and subsequently filed a formal report with local authorities. Investigators stated that the victim described being forcibly restrained and kissed against his will. During the initial interview, officers documented bruising on the victim's wrists.
