Arrest in the Qusra Village Fatality

An Israeli soldier was taken into custody on Wednesday morning on suspicion of shooting a Palestinian man during a violent confrontation in the West Bank village of Qusra. The arrest follows a month-long investigation into the events of March 14, during which Palestinian media reported that several settlers entered the village and opened fire.
