Deputies Respond to Evening Threat Complaint
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) initiated an investigation on Tuesday, March 10, following a dispatch call received shortly after 7 p.m. Deputies were sent to a residence located in the 8400 block of East 99 South to address a report involving trespassing and verbal threats. Upon arrival, officers engaged with all parties present at the scene to determine the nature of the dispute and assess any immediate safety risks to the occupants.
Arrest and Charges Filed
Following the on-site investigation, authorities identified 54 year old Christopher Carson as the primary suspect. Officials stated that the evidence gathered during the interviews was sufficient to warrant an arrest. Carson was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Detention Center. According to jail booking records, he has been formally charged with:
