Project Overview: 100 Avenue Road
Construction is already underway at the 0.93-acre site, which is set to transform the Swiss Cottage skyline. The development consists of two distinct buildings designed to serve a mix of demographic needs:
The Residential Tower: A 25-storey building featuring 172 luxury for-sale units. Resident amenities include a concierge, gym, swimming pool, golf simulator, and dedicated coworking spaces.
The Affordable Block: A separate building ranging from five to seven storeys, providing 79 affordable homes. Notably, all 79 units will be designated as social rented accommodation.
Commercial & Public Space: The project includes three ground-floor retail units and is situated within a newly upgraded public square, with an expected completion date in autumn 2028.
