A Shift from the Ring to the Farm

Sarah Rowe has finally addressed her future in the wrestling industry, confirming that her days as an active performer have come to an end. Speaking on the Wise Traditions podcast, Rowe explained that the transition was a deeply personal journey that began during the COVID-19 pandemic. After being part of the 2020 mass releases, she shifted her focus toward starting a homestead and beginning a family with her husband, WWE star Erik (Raymond Rowe). While she eventually returned to the company in 2022, she realized her priorities had fundamentally shifted toward a quieter life.

Choosing Peace Over Performance

Rowe admitted that walking away from the "Valhalla" persona was a daunting task, as her self-worth had been tied to the wrestling business for years. "My contract expired and I'm not renewing it," Rowe stated, marking the end of a tenure that officially concluded in September 2025. She described the difficulty of moving from the high-octane world of WWE to the stillness of farm life, calling it a "hard transition, but so needed." By choosing to focus on motherhood and self-sufficiency, she has effectively closed the door on a decade-long career.

Reflecting on a Diverse WWE Career

Sarah Logan first made her mark in WWE in 2017 as a member of the Riott Squad alongside Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan. The trio became a staple of the women's division, known for their rebellious chemistry. After her initial release and a brief hiatus, she returned in 2022 with a complete character overhaul as Valhalla, a shaman-like figure guiding The Viking Raiders. Her presence helped revitalize the presentation of Erik and Ivar, adding a mystical element to their "Viking" aesthetic before she ultimately decided not to re-sign in June 2025.
