The victim, identified as an 86-year-old man, was found in a state of unconsciousness, prompting an immediate and intensive medical response from emergency teams on the ground.

Eyewitness accounts provided a harrowing glimpse into the moments following the impact. A local resident, identified only as Mr. Huang, observed paramedics and SCDF officers performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the elderly pedestrian as he lay on the road.
