The recovery is not uniform, with specific sectors significantly outperforming others:
Suburban Office: Led the market with a robust 5.1% annual price jump, outstripping its urban counterparts.
Industrial: Continued its steady climb with a 2.3% increase over the last twelve months.
Central Business District (CBD) Office: Saw a modest 1.4% gain, though this still represents the sector's strongest performance since Q2 2022.
Multifamily: Prices remained flat for Q1, finally stabilizing after three consecutive years of declines.
