Upon arrival, law enforcement personnel discovered a group of bystanders working together to hold down a male individual. According to police reports, the group had successfully neutralized the man after he allegedly threatened another person with a firearm in an attempt to secure money.

Investigators determined that the suspect drew a handgun from his waistband and pointed it directly at the target of the robbery while making verbal demands for cash. Despite the presence of a weapon, the bystanders managed to disarm and pin the suspect to the ground until the first patrol units reached the Radiant Drive location.
