A Foundation Departure
Jackson has been a cornerstone of the Drua’s identity since its inception. After serving as an assistant coach during the club’s inaugural seasons, he stepped into the head coach role for the 2025 campaign.
Fijian Drua CEO Jeff Miller acknowledged Jackson's legacy, stating, "He helped lay the foundations of this new club and the team for which we are all truly grateful." While a formal recruitment process for a new head coach is set to begin "shortly," the club intends to keep the focus on the current playoff race.
Performance Pressures
The announcement follows a challenging run of form for the Drua. As of April 14, 2026, the team sits in 9th place on the Super Rugby Pacific table.
Record: 3 wins, 5 losses.
