Rescue Missions And Regional Stability

One of the most significant achievements highlighted by the alliance was the recovery of thirteen passengers who had been kidnapped along the Makurdi,Otukpo route in Benue State. Troops managed to track the victims into dense forested areas, executing a search and rescue operation that prioritized speed and precision. Dr Ibrahim Danjuma, the national president of the alliance, noted that this specific intervention underscores an improved military capacity to recover victims within narrow windows of opportunity, even when dealing with the complexities of difficult terrain.

In the North,East and North,West regions, the military has successfully repelled several insurgent advances, particularly along the Kirawa,Pulka axis and within the Sabon Birni local government area. Simultaneously, in Edo and Kogi states, troops have focused on dismantling criminal encampments and intercepting logistics couriers, a strategy designed to starve insurgent groups of the resources necessary to sustain prolonged violence.
