A "Bonding Experience" In The Back Of A Patrol Car

Disturbing new video evidence has surfaced in the case of two Altamonte Springs teenagers accused of plotting a school slaying. The footage, recorded in a police cruiser following their January 23 arrest, shows 15 year old Isabelle Valdez and 14 year old Lois Lippert giggling and speculating about their mugshots. In one segment of the recording, Lippert refers to the arrest as a "bonding experience," while Valdez expresses relief at being arrested rather than sent to a "psych ward." Prosecutors successfully used the video during a recent hearing to argue that the pair represents a continued danger to the community.

The "Blood Pact" To Resurrect Adam Lanza

The investigation into the students at Lake Brantley High School began after police received a tip regarding a premeditated murder plot. According to court records, Valdez—who identifies as transgender and goes by the name "Jimmy"—admitted to hearing voices that commanded the killing of a specific student to resurrect Adam Lanza, the perpetrator of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. The alleged plan involved slitting the victim's throat in a school bathroom and engaging in a ritualistic "blood pact." Upon questioning, Valdez reportedly surrendered a backpack containing a knife, gloves, trash bags, and cleaning wipes.

Lack Of Remorse Captured On Camera

The cruiser video provides a stark look at the suspects' state of mind immediately following their apprehension. "I don’t feel guilty for my actions," Valdez is heard stating in the recording. The teens are also seen joking about their physical appearance, with Valdez lamenting that she could not find her makeup to look good for her booking photo. This perceived lack of empathy and the "sociopathic" nature of their banter were central to the prosecution’s argument to keep the minors in custody without bond.
