A Dominant Inland Empire Hub
Located in Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens is widely considered a "trophy" asset within the Inland Empire. Unlike traditional enclosed malls, its open-air "main street" design has helped it remain a resilient destination for both shoppers and high-end tenants.
Footprint: The mall spans approximately 1.2 million square feet, though the specific portion currently being marketed is approximately 1 million square feet.
Tenant Roster: Anchored by Macy’s, JCPenney, and AMC Theatres, the center also features luxury and popular brands such as Apple, Tesla, Lululemon, and Williams-Sonoma.
History: QIC acquired its stake in 2017 as part of a deal with Forest City Realty Trust. Brookfield entered the partnership in 2018 following its $11.4 billion acquisition of Forest City.
