Project Scope and Strategic Facilities
The expansive campus is designed to support AbbVie’s specialized medicine portfolio, specifically focusing on immunology, neuroscience, and oncology. Construction is slated to begin in late 2026, with a target delivery date by the end of 2028. The first phase will feature:
Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) drug product manufacturing units.
Next-generation laboratories for R&D and quality control.
Logistics infrastructure including a massive warehouse and administrative offices.
On-site employee wellness facilities to support a projected workforce of 734 permanent employees, ranging from research scientists to manufacturing operators.
